New Commercial Manager for JBL Science

JBL Science are pleased to announce the arrival of a new staff member. Dr Andy Gill joins the team from the University of Edinburgh as the new commercial manager charged with coordinating customer liaison and project planning.

Andy has a considerable background in directing scientific research, having led teams working in dedicated research institutes as well as acting as a principal investigator in Edinburgh.

Andy has a wide range of expertise in chemical and biochemical analytical sciences, largely in mass spectrometry and chromatography, but also in protein expression and characterisation, peptide analysis, proteomics and metabolomics. One clear goal is to further develop JBL Science's capability in these areas.

Andy said "I am both delighted and excited to be coming to Lincoln to work at the University and as part of JBL Science. The skill base is fantastic, and when that is coupled with the very impressive range of instruments in the laboratories here, this makes for a powerful combination.

I am greatly looking forward to getting out into the Lincolnshire area to meet with local business leaders so we can demonstrate our capabilities."

Andy is based in the main JBL Science laboratory complex and would love to hear from anyone interested in finding out what JBL Science has to offer.
